TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL
1. Do not climb or jump on the nets or bang on the grandstands.
2. No one is allowed to climb on the umpires stands.
3. XLR8 Staff can ask for your photo ID at any time for security reasons.
4. Abuse of equipment or property of XLR8 or otherwise will not be tolerated.
5. Adults are responsible for the behaviour of their children and guests whilst at XLR8.
6. Pets are not permitted into the centre at any time.
7. The management does not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage caused to any items, valuables or personal belongings brought into the centre.
8. Video shooting or still photography is only permitted with prior permission from the centre manager.
CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE
1. Spitting on the court is not permitted.
2. All players and visitors are requested to make right use of the toilets and spare mother nature.
3. Please help us keep the lawns clean by not walking on them or littering.
4. To dispose any plastic or other waste, please use the dust bins in and around the center.
5. Use of pan, gutka, beadle nut or any other substance is prohibited inside the center.
6. No food, drinks or chewing gum on or near the court.
7. Smoking or alcohol is strictly prohibited in the premises including the car park.
PLAY & PLAYER
1. No one should enter the playing field without registering at the counter and paying the fees in full. Management has the right to verify the credentials of players at any time.
2. No one should enter the court if he/she is not in proper playing attire including non-marking soled shoes, sports clothing and protective gear. (If in doubt please check with staff on duty) Any equipment that is not from the center should be presented to staff prior to use.
3. Obey the Umpire/Referee, failure to do so could result in a penalty appropriate to the extent deemed fit under the rules of the game. Any discrepancies are to be dealt only with the center manager.
4. Players should use the designated change rooms and toilets only to change and should wear appropriate clothing when out on the court. Please do not change in the open area of the center – respect for others is uppermost.
5. Timings are to be strictly followed ensuring the smooth functioning of the center. If you are late for your booking you will be penalized with a charge. A grace time of 15 minutes shall be given to suit the availability. A late fee will be collected nonetheless.
6. Fighting, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated at any time on or off the court.
7. Playing on the sides of the nets or on the pathway is not permitted.
8. Teams are permitted to enter the courts 15 minutes before their booking time for warm-up.
